This vibrantly colored butterfly lands softly upon an inviting branch, all of which I make by hand from borosilicate crystal and color with 24k gold. Adding balance and rich symmetry to the sculpture is a multihued leaf sprouting from its base. The hollow blown glass base brings the total height to 4.5 inches. Figurine measures 3 inches across.
